Handmade pasta and piadina

Gabagool is a way to say “capicola” with a southern Italian accent. It’s a nod to the Italian food we ate growing up in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Piadina is an unleavened Italian flatbread common to the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. It’s a simple bread made of flour, water, and olive oil or lard.  They are rolled and cooked to order and layered with fresh ingredients to create a one of a kind sandwich.

Our pasta is handmade from farm fresh eggs, locally milled durum wheat semolina flour, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
