Handmade pasta and piadina
Gabagool is a way to say “capicola” with a southern Italian accent. It’s a nod to the Italian food we ate growing up in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Piadina is an unleavened Italian flatbread common to the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. It’s a simple bread made of flour, water, and olive oil or lard. They are rolled and cooked to order and layered with fresh ingredients to create a one of a kind sandwich.
Our pasta is handmade from farm fresh eggs, locally milled durum wheat semolina flour, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
We believe that food is only as good as its ingredients and we source the finest and freshest available from some of our region’s fantastic farmers and vendors.
Including Sweet Briar Farms Pork and Eggs, Painted Hills Beef, Latitude 45 farm greens, Wild Side Mushrooms, Bob’s Red Mill Grains, Mary’s Chicken and Olympia Provisions Meats.
